Battalion-level manager for Commander’s Emergency Response Program (CERP). Managed rebuilding and reconstruction projects in various regions of Afghanistan to provide humanitarian assistance and improve relations with the local population

·         Developed and managed 26 reconstruction projects in 24 villages across multiple Afghan provinces, improving daily life for local residents and improving the relationship with residents and the United States Forces

  • Monitored expenditures and ensured actual expenses were within approved appropriations and all required regulations were adhered to; Maintained budget oversight and managed records as billing official

  • Prepared and presented briefings to leaders consisting of charts, graphs, justifications, and statistical data to accurately demonstrate financial positions
